Located in the Cody Quad Center adjacent to the Cody Rec Center, the Victor J. Riley Arena and Community Events Center is a private, non-profit facility dedicated to providing an ice skating and community events center for the citizens of Park County, Wyoming.

From August through March, the Riley Arena serves the Park County Youth Hockey Association, the Absaroka Figure Skating Club, the Yellowstone Quake, and is open for public skating.

During the rest of the year, the arena serves as a community events center for a variety of conventions, gatherings, and events which need a large, indoor facility.
